Access to Caldovren is available to individuals and organisations who complete the onboarding request process. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By submitting an access request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Caldovren platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Caldovren platform provides structured outputs generated by an automated system. These outputs are provided for informational and organisational purposes only. Caldovren does not warrant that platform outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Caldovren Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 if no amount has been paid.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.
9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
